All costs incurred by the Master in the exercise of his powers and the performance of his duties under this Act or in any proceedings in pursuance of the provisions of this Act which cannot be recovered from any other source may, unless the Court has ordered that they be paid by him de bonis propriis, be paid out of the guardian's fund: Provided that the Minister may specially authorise that any costs ordered to be paid by the Master de bonis propriis be refunded to him or be paid out of the said fund.
