| (1) | An appeal referred to in Section 10 of the Act may be lodged in the manner prescribed in the regulations regarding appeal procedures as published in the Government Gazette. |
| (2) | The amount specified in column 2 of Table 4 or Table 5, as the case may be, opposite the function concerned shall be payable in respect of each appeal lodged. |
