(1)	Dairy products shall be classified in accordance with the classes specified in column 2 or the alternate class designations (where applicable) as specified in column 3 of Tables 1 to 21 for the type of dairy product concerned.

(2)	In the case of the named variety cheeses in Table 11 where no provision has been made for "low fat" and "fat free" classes, Table 10 shall be used to classify the named variety cheese concerned falling within such classes.
