(1) | The classes of Edible Ices shall be as follows: |
(a) | Dairy ice-cream. |
(b) | Ice-cream. |
(c) | Frozen dairy dessert. |
(d) | Frozen dessert. |
(e) | Frozen yoghurt. |
(f) | Frozen yoghurt and Dairy ice-cream blend. |
(g) | Frozen yoghurt and Ice-cream blend. |
(h) | Soft serve. |
(i) | Frozen fruit sorbet. |
(j) | Frozen fruit ice. |
(k) | Flavoured ice. |
(2)
(a) | Each class of Edible Ice referred to in sub-regulation (1) above, shall comply with the applicable compositional standards set out in regulations 5 to 12 respectively. |
(b) | A summary of the compositional standards for Edible Ices, excluding the classes Frozen Fruit Sorbet, Frozen Fruit Ice and Flavoured Ice, are set out in Annexure A. |
(c) | A summary of the compositional standards for the classes Frozen Fruit Sorbet, Frozen Fruit Ice and Flavoured Ice, are set out in Annexure B. |
