The Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries acting under section 15 of the Agricultural Product Standards Act, 1990 (Act No. 119 of 1990)—

(a)	made the regulations in the Schedule;

(b)	determined that the said regulations shall come into operation six (6) months after the date of publication; and

(c)	read together with section 3(2) of the said Act, repealed the Regulations published by Promulgation No. R 576 of 15 March 1991, Government Notice R 577 of 15 March 1991, R 2133 of 30 August 1991 and No. R 186 of 22 February 2008.
