(1) | The moisture content of a consignment of pulses shall be determined with an instrument that is suitable for the purpose, has been calibrated for pulses and according to the directions for use of the instrument concerned: Provided that the results thus obtained are in accordance (±0,3 per cent) with the results obtained by the 72 hour oven dried method.
