The Company is entitled to levy air traffic service charges by virtue of a permission issued by the Regulating Committee on 23 December 2016 for the period from 1 April 2017 to 31 March 2020 in terms of section 11(5) of the Air Traffic and Navigation Services Company Act, 1993.
