31. Amendment of section 2L of Act 10 of 1972, as inserted by section 3 of Act 63 of 1978 and amended by section 2 of Act 4 of 1981

Section 2L of the Civil Aviation Offences Act, 1972, is hereby amended by the substitution for subsection (4) of the following subsection:

"(4)	No charges or rates of compensation shall be prescribed under the regulations except [in consultation] with the concurrence of the Minister of [Finance] State Expenditure.".
