(1)	Any activities where live cattle are physically moved from one property to another property are prohibited in the whole country;

(2)	Any person who suspects or become aware of movement of live cattle, except for movements allowed in terms of point 4 hereunder, must report this to their local Stock Theft Units of the South African Police Service and state veterinary authority immediately.
