Antarctic Treaties Act, 1996 (Act No. 60 of 1996)9. Offences |
Any person who contravenes a provision of a treaty mentioned in Column 1 of Schedule 2 shall, subject to the particular treaty, be guilty of an offence and on conviction liable to a fine or to imprisonment for a period not exceeding the period mentioned in Column 2 of that Schedule opposite the number of that provision.
