(a)	The client agrees to pay the architectural professional the fees for the services as recorded in the formal agreement entered into by the parties;

(b)	Where a project cost-based fee is applied, the final fee is calculated on the final cost of the works.

(c)	This fee is based on a budget for the works for fee calculation purposes, and shall be adjusted on the final cost of the works.
