Chapter 3 : Management and Control of Astronomy Advantage Areas

(1)	When making a declaration under section 24, the Minister may identify the competent authority responsible for granting authorisations in respect of the activities concerned.

(2)	The Minister may designate any management authority, municipality or organ of state to be a competent authority for the purposes of subsection (1).
