Chapter 7 : Administration of Act

Purchase

(1)	The Minister must maintain a register called the Register of astronomy advantage areas.

(2)	The Register must—

(a)	contain a list of all astronomy advantage areas;

(b)	indicate whether the astronomy advantage area was declared as an area for optical or radio astronomy or a combination of these; and

(c)	contain any other information determined by the Minister.
