| (1) | No action for damages shall lie against any society, council, member of a council, official or employee of any society or any person with whom a council has concluded any agreement referred to in section 59(g)(ii), in respect of anything done in good faith in terms of this Act. |

| (2) | The provisions of subsection (1) apply with the changes required by the context in respect of any law society, council, member of a council, official or employee of any such law society or any person with whom or which such council has concluded any agreement referred to in section 59(g)(ii) in terms of any law repealed by section 35 of the Attorneys Amendment Act, 2014. |
