When the affairs of a bank have been completely wound up as contemplated in section 82(1) of the Companies Act, the responsible Master of the High Court shall transmit to the Registrar a copy of the certificate referred to in that section, and the Registrar shall upon receipt of such copy cancel the registration of the bank concerned.
