(1)	An employer may not require or permit a forestry worker—

(a)	to work overtime except in accordance with an agreement concluded by the employer and the forestry worker;

(b)	to work more than 15 hours’ overtime a week; or

(c)	to work more than 12 hours, including overtime, on any day.

(2)	An agreement concluded in terms of sub-clause (1)(a) with a forestry worker when the forestry worker commences employment, or during the fist three months of employment, is only valid for one year.
