5.1)	A Seller seeking recognition of a Transaction in its Ownership Scorecard must determine that recognition under paragraph 4 in compliance with paragraph 2.3 of statement 000:

5.1.1)

for the first three years after the transaction, based on data current on date of measurement:

5.1.2)

for each year thereafter, based on:

5.1.2.1)

the Indicator Percentages at the date of measurement; and

5.1.2.2)

the values of the Qualifying Transaction and benefit to the Seller at the date of measurement In the third year after the transaction.
