PROCLAMATION

by the

President of the Republic of South Africa

I hereby, in terms of section 97 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996, transfer the administration and powers and functions entrusted by the Businesses Act, 1991 (Act No. 71 of 1991 ), from the Minister of Trade, Industry and Competition to the Minister Small Business Development.
