Chapter 4 Part 4 : Reporting on Completion of any Aircraft Accident or Aircraft Incident Investigation

Purchase

(1)	The Aviation Safety Investigation Board may delegate to any person, subject to any limitations specified in the instrument of delegation, any of the powers conferred or duties imposed on the Aviation Safety Investigation Board under this Act, other than the power—

(a)	of delegation under this subsection;

(b)	to make rules; and

(c)	to make recommendations.

(2)	A delegation under this section may be revoked in writing at any time by the Aviation Safety Investigation Board.
