(1) |
A holder of a UASOC shall— |
(a) |
operate in accordance with the requirements and specifications of such certificate; |
(b) |
ensure compliance with any other requirements which the Director may impose; |
(c) |
report to the Director any changes directly or indirectly related to the UASOC that may affect the continued validity of its certificate or safety of persons and property; and |
(d) |
ensure that a UAS operation is conducted in accordance with this Part and in a safe manner to minimise hazards to persons, property, or other aircraft. |
(2) |
For operations approved for E-VLOS, an operator shall— |
(a) |
make use of at least one observer who shall not be younger than 17 years of age; and |
(b) |
ensure that an observer referred to in paragraph has completed the training prescribed by an operator in its approved operations manual. |
