| (1) | An air carrier security programme shall provide for a communication policy for communicating internally, with the Director, other Authorities, relevant stakeholders and with the media, regarding aviation security. |
| (2) | Any communication regarding aviation security incidents, emergencies and sensitive information shall be restricted to an air carrier's Chief Executive Officer. |
