| (1) | An air carrier shall report an incident, immediately upon occurrence, to the Director telephonically and thereafter submit a written incident report within 48 hours of an occurrence of an incident as prescribed in Document SA-CATS 114. |
| (2 ) | An air carrier is prohibited from reporting any incident directly to ICAO or any foreign Authority. |
