| (1) | The Director may make rules, orders, directives or notices regarding any matter which the Director may consider necessary or expedient to prescribe in order that the objects of the Act and the Regulations may be achieved. |
| (2) | The Director shall publish rules, orders, directives or notices referred to in subregulation (1) for public information. |
| (3) | The Director may issue airworthiness directives provided this is issued in accordance with the provisions of Part 21 or Part 24. |
