| (1) | The committee may, with the approval of the Director, establish such subcommittees as it may deem necessary for the performance of its functions. |
| (2) | The membership of each subcommittee established in terms of subregulation (1) shall be determined by the chairperson of the National Airspace Committee and shall ensure sufficient members from affected stakeholders. |
| (3) | The chairperson of the committee shall appoint a chairperson for each subcommittee so established. |
| (4) | Subject to the provisions of this subpart, the committee shall, after consultation with the Director, determine the procedures to be followed by a subcommittee in the performance of its functions. |
