| (1) | An applicant for the issuance of an AOC shall permit an authorised officer, inspector or authorised person to carry out such safety and security audit or inspection which may be necessary for consideration of an application made in terms of this Part. |
| (2) | A holder of an AOC shall permit an authorised officer, inspector or authorised person to carry out such safety and security inspection and audit as may be necessary to determine compliance with appropriate requirements prescribed in this Part. |
| (3) | A non-compliance or finding made as a result of a inspection or audit conducted in terms of this Part shall be categorised as prescribed in Document SA-CATS 121. |
