(1) | An air service operator shall not operate a helicopter with a maximum approved passenger seating configuration of more than nine seats to render an air service unless a person superintending the loading of such helicopter has completed and certified a mass and balance sheet. |
(2) | A mass and balance sheet referred to in subregulation (1) shall be completed in duplicate and one copy shall be carried in a flight concerned and, one copy shall be retained i n accordance with regulation 127.04.1. |
(3) | A mass and balance sheet of a flight shall be retained by an air service operator for a period of at least 90 days calculated from the date on which such flight was completed. |
(4) | The minimum contents of a mass and balance sheet shall be as prescribed in Document SA-CATS 127. |
