| (1) | The operator shall establish adequate procedures to ensure that only such baggage is carried onto the helicopter and taken into the passenger cabin as can be adequately and securely stowed. |
| (2) | The minimum requirements for the procedures referred to in subregulation (1) shall be as prescribed in Document SA-CATS 127. |
