(1) | The operator of a Class 2 helicopter shall ensure that the part of the take-off prior to the defined point after take-off and after the defined point before landing, is conducted only in conditions of weather and light and over such routes and diversions therefrom which permit a safe forced landing to be executed in the event of engine failure. |
(2) | A Class 2 helicopter shall not be permitted to operate from elevated structures in built-up areas. |
