| (1) | The operator shall ensure that all persons on board, other than flight crew, are given a safety briefing in accordance with Document SA-CATS-128. |
| (2) | The pilot-in-command shall ensure that each person who is seated next to an emergency exit is made aware of how to operate that exit. |
