| (1) | The operator of a commercial air transport free balloon shall ensure that the balloon is maintained in. accordance with a balloon maintenance schedule established by the manufacturer. |
| (2) | The schedule shall contain details, including frequency, of all maintenance required to be carried out on the balloon. |
| (3) | The schedule shall include a reliability programme if the Director determines that such a reliability programme is necessary. |
| (4) | The schedule referred to in subregulation (1) and any subsequent amendment thereof shall be approved by the Director. |
