| (1) | In the event that the Director so requires, the licence holder of an aerodrome or heliport shall ensure that such an aerodrome or heliport has runway lead in light system which— |
| (a) | provides visual guidance along a specific approach path; |
| (b) | assists in the avoidance of hazardous terrain; or |
| (c) | assists in noise abatement as prescribed in Document SA-CATS 139. |
