| (1) | The holder of a heliport licence shall establish procedures and take precautions to ensure that any works carried out on the heliport, do not endanger any helicopter operations. |
| (2) | The procedures to be established and precautions to be taken in terms of subregulation (1), shall be established and taken in accordance with the requirements and standards as prescribed in Document SA-CATS 139. |
