| (1) | A holder of an electronic services organisation approval shall maintain a record of all authorised personnel, which record shall include particulars of the scope of their authorisation. |
| (2) | A holder of an electronic services organisation approval must provide its authorised personnel with evidence of the scope of their authorisation. |
| (3) | The record referred to in subregulation (1) shall be retained by a holder of the approval for a period of five years from the date on which the personnel member ceases to be an employee. |
