| (1) | The Director shall be notified of any electromagnetic interference to any facility providing radio signals for the purpose of aviation safety, or any source of interference degrading radio signals for the purpose of aviation safety. |
| (2) | The Director shall investigate, or cause to be investigated, all reports of interference and may require further action to be taken. |
