This Part applies to—
| (a) | the allocation of air traffic services; |
| (b) | the designation and classification of airspace; |
| (c) | the approval and operation of ATSUs which provide air traffic services; |
| (d) | the designation of search and rescue regions; and |
| (e) | the provision of search and rescue services within those regions, and matters relating thereto. |
