| (1) | An air service operator requiring meteorological information or changes in existing meteorological information or service shall notify the meteorological service provider or an aerodrome meteorological office concerned in advance. |
| (2) | A minimum amount of advance notice required shall be as agreed between the meteorological service provider or an aerodrome meteorological office and an operator concerned. |
| (3) | Meteorological information supplied to users shall be consistent with human factor principles. |
| (4) | The meteorological service provider shall be notified by an air service operator whenever the requirements specified in Document SA-CATS 174 are met. |
