(1) | A meteorological service provider shall issue landing forecast known as TREND to meet requirements of local users and of an aircraft within one hour flying time from an aerodrome. |
(2) | Landing forecasts shall be— |
(a) | appending to landing forecast to a local routine report, local special report, METAR or SPECI; |
(b) | valid for a period of not more than two hours; |
(c) | kept under continuous review; and |
(d) | issued to an aircraft within one hour after take-off from an aerodrome. |
(3) | A landing forecast shall be provided at all aerodromes determined in accordance with the regional air navigation agreement. |
