| (1) | An AIS provider shall at least 60 days immediately preceding the date on which an AIS certificate expires, apply for renewal of such certificate. |

| (2) | The provisions of regulation 175.02.5 apply with the necessary changes to an application for the renewal of an AIS certificate. |
