for issuance or re- issuance of a flight engineer licence |

for issuance or re-issuance of the following ratings that will be reflected on a flight engineer licence: |

flight engineer instructor rating |

any other rating |

(d) |
for issuance of a duplicate flight engineer licence |

(e) |
