| (1) | Any organisation which manufactures an aircraft in the Republic for export thereof may display on that aircraft any registration marks required by the state of registry of the aircraft. |
| (2) | However no person may operate a aircraft so marked within the Republic except for the test and demonstration flights for a limited period of time, or while in necessary transit to the purchaser. |
