| (1) | If a certificate of registration is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed, the holder thereof shall apply to the Director for the replacement of the certificate of registration. |
| (2) | An application referred to in subregulation (1) shall be made on the appropriate form and accompanied by the appropriate fee as prescribed in Part 187. |
| (3) | A replacement of the certificate of registration shall be issued on the appropriate prescribed form. |
