| (1) | The Director, or the organisation designated for the purpose in terms of Part 149, as the case may be, shall issue a type rating by name for light sport aeroplanes if the applicant complies with the requirements referred to in regulation 62.16.8. |
| (2) | A type rating by name for light sport aeroplanes shall be issued in the prescribed format . |
