Part 63  : Flight Engineer Licensing

Subpart 1 : General

63.01.11 Register of licences

 

(1) The Director shall maintain a register of all Hight engineer licences and ratings issued or validated in terms of the regulations in this part.

 

(2) The register shall contain the following particulars—
(a) The full name of the holder of the licence;
(b) the postal address of the holder of the licence;
(c) the date on which the licence was issued or validated;
(d) particulars of the ratings held by the holder of the licence; and
(e) the nationality of the holder of the licence.

 

(3) The particulars referred to in subregulation (2) shall be recorded in the register within seven days from the date on which the licence or rating is issued or validated by the Director.

 

(4) The register shall be kept in a safe place at the office of the Director.

 

(5) A copy of the register shall be furnished by the Director, on payment of the appropriate fee as prescribed in Part 187, to any person who requests the copy.
