The Director, or, if applicable, an organisation designated for the purpose in terms of Part 149, as the case may be, shall issue, in an appropriate form published on the website of the Authority, an appropriate glider pilots instructor rating if an applicant complies with the requirements referred to in regulation 68.03.1.
