(1) | A holder of an RPL shall maintain a pilot logbook with records of the following: |
(a) | flight time |
(b) | instrument time; |
(c) | simulation time; and |
(d) | instruction time. |
(2) | If a holder of an RPL utilises an electronic logbook, he or she shall print and file the electronic data every 90 days. |
(3) | A holder of an RPL shall retain a pilot logbook for at least 60 months from the date that he or she ceases to hold a valid RPL. |
(4) | A holder of an RPL shall produce a logbook for inspection upon request by an authorised officer, inspector, or authorised person. |
