No owner or operator shall use automatic landing systems, HUD or equivalent displays, EVS, SVS, or CVS, or any combination of these systems into a hybrid system for the safe operation of an aircraft,  while operating in accordance with the IFR unless he or she meets the requirements specified in Document SA-CATS 91 and is approved to do so by the Director.
