(1) |
A person who desires to conduct dangerous goods training shall apply for an instructor accreditation certificate in accordance with the provisions of regulation 92.04.3. |
(2) |
An application in terms of subregulation (1) shall be— |
(a) |
made to the Director in the appropriate form; |
(b) |
accompanied by the documentation prescribed in Document SA-CATS 92; and |
(c) |
accompanied by proof of payment of appropriate fee as prescribed in Part 187. |
(3) |
The Director shall issue an instructor accreditation certificate if an applicant— |
(a) |
is a subject matter expert; |
(b) |
has a minimum qualification and experience as prescribed in Document SA-CATS 92. |
(c) |
complies with the requirements prescribed in this Subpart and and in Document SA-CATS 92. |
