| (1) | A CAO required to establish a fatigue risk management system shall draw up a fatigue risk management system manual containing all the information required under this Part. |
| (2) | A fatigue risk management system manual referred to in subregulation (1) shall be incorporated in an operations manual and shall meet the requirements as prescribed in Document SA-CATS 93. |
