1.	amendment of section 1—

(a)	by the deletion in the definition of ‘‘specific environ-mental management Act’’ of the word ‘‘or’’ at the end of paragraph (g);

(b)	by the deletion in the definition of ‘‘specific environmental management Act’’ of the comma at the end of paragraph (h) and the insertion of a semi-colon and the word ‘‘or’’; and

(c	by the addition to the definition of ‘‘specific environmental management Act’’ of the following paragraph:

‘‘(i) the Climate Change Act, 2024.’’
