Chapter 9 : Winding-up or De-registration of Co-operatives

Purchase

(1)	A co-operative may be wound up—

(a)	voluntarily in terms of section 71A;

(b)	by an order of the court in terms of section 72; or

(c)	by order of the Tribunal in terms of section 72B.

(2)	The Minister must, by notice in the Gazette, prescribe procedures relating to each of the modes of winding-up within three months of commencement of the Co-operatives Amendment Act, 2013.
